Okay, but who's the person behind the biz?

My name is Tahnee, and phewww, it's been a journey. Sometimes I feel like I've lived a hundred lifetimes already. I grew up in a musical household and started singing when I was very young and producing music in my early 20s. I love love love Alicia Keys, everything Motown, Pink Floyd, Big Krit, hip-hop, classic rock, funk, and anything else that catches my ear.

I'm an experiences > possessions kind of human, love to learn new things (I’m never NOT learning something new or brushing up on existing skills), I drink my coffee black (unless it’s holiday Baileys season), love and care deeply for the people in my life, and have a dog that I'm pretty obsessed with; a 4lb ChiPin named Marty McFly.

Life hasn't always been gravy, but I've learned to mind my own biscuits (shoutout to Kacey Musgraves) and have powered through trauma and difficult life experiences to focus on actively building my version of a successful life where I’m happy, actually enjoy therapy (it’s a necessity, y’all!), operate my own business, have solid boundaries, and love to help others grow toward their dreams.

I started marketing when it was still offline and 100% traditional - lots of cold calls and signage. Today, I'm a professor, an author, a digital marketing strategist, and a coach. I've done things I never thought I'd do. But, stepping outside of my comfort zone and pushing through the doubts of myself and others led me here.
